Pros

There are no pros at ESC!

Cons

Top grading interview process is killing the company. Senior Leadership is killing the company. Senior Leadership makes dicisions without proper information which leads to poor decisions and always a scramble drill to get things done. Many areas of the company have poor leadership which leads to high turnover. If you make one mistake they will try everything in their power to force you to leave voluntarily so they don't have to pay you for unemployment benefits.

Decent benefits, pay and they do try to give you a work life balance. Management does listen to your concerns and does try to make things better.

Management can be slow on decision making.
