A new building. That is it.
Cons
Bad management, high turnover, no respect for employees, sales goals, turn and burn employee policy, no promotion form inside, people being fired all the time including managers, the management that is promoted are dead wood and have no knowledge but suck up ( like Kodak ) . Dave Feidler is from Kodak ( finance department ). That says it all. Kodak is now bankrupt. Kodak management and ways do not work.
