Pros
ESL truly cares about people and puts people first. ESL helps its employees grow and learn and offers a lot of internal training opportunities. Where ESL really shines though is putting its customers first. Management listens and truly tries to help customers and this makes is a place that customers love and that makes it easy for employees to love.
Cons
Banking is sales orientated field and sometimes the competition between branches or employees for sales credit can be stressful. One has to remember it is one team. ESL's caring about people culture generally means a lot of people interact with someone on the way to a sale.
