Nice exercise room, indoor parking, easy commute, new building, very gay friendly and lots of friends

If ESL got get rid of the some upper management including CEO Dave Feidler, it would be a great place to work again. When you have a dictator that does not have an open mind it can cause lots of trouble. No open door policy here. Feidllers way or the highway. Just the number of managers fired is mind boggling since Feidler has been CEO. Not to mention the regular employees that have been fired or just quit. I have been here many years and have seen lots of changes. Its not like it use to be. My partner tells me its time to leave. He is very concerned about me being happy and my health. I have been thinking about it for a long time. I know I will miss a lot of my beautiful friends at ESL, if I do decide to leave.
