Pros
At ESL they truly take their core values to heart. The caring about people, teamwork, accountability, initiative, and integrity are lived every day from the CEO down to the new hire working in the branches. It is refreshing to see a company that not only puts forth their core values in writing but to actually embrace them and support them.
Cons
Every place has areas of improvement, and ESL is always striving to correct things. It just takes a while to see that movement go in the right direction. At least the management is open to hear about issues it just seems it takes too long to see resolution.
