      great community, volunteer opportunities, positive employee culture for lower level employees

      Cons

      training has drastically decreased in the last 3 years and workloads have increased. hiring process is not as rigorous and we are hiring just about anyone. this would be fine if our training standards hadnt decreased, but now it sets new employees up for failure without support unless theyve already worked in banking.

      No growth opportunities. Contribute to the Growth of the company and take on more work and management doesn’t promote.
