Just how bad Is it at ESL Federal Credit Union? - Anonymous employee ESL Federal Credit Union Employee Review

Its bad when you hear a group of ESL Wealth Management employees outside of work putting the company down, Dave F and some of the Managers down and making fun of some of the things that go on here. Many of these Investment reps put in a few hours a day in the branches and they put others down for not working? May bee they should work someplace else if they do not like it here I wonder if the whole Wealth Management division thinks the same things about ESL? What kind of place do I work at? I do enjoy my job but it makes me think twice about this Credit Union. Just can not believe what I heard. Not sure I want to stay here much longer.
