Pros
Pros???? Leaving at the end of the day, clocking out for lunch......basically anytime you don't have to be there. That's about all I can think of other than earning a paycheck.
Cons
Where to start.....good luck advancing in this company! If you look the wrong way or not friends with the right people, then you will go no where. I warn you now that if you have an opinion or a mind of your own and speak it, you will sit in the position you started in. When a job posting comes out good luck. Most of the time managers know who they want internally and will call the employee and tell them to apply. Most of the time the internal interview process is a waste of time, since you never had a chance from the start. Most of the people that work there hate it. Best place to work.....they have employees take the survey for best place to work on the company computer. No one trusts that the survey is truly anonymous, there fore no one answers the questions honestly. That's how they get on the best place to work list, employees fear giving honest answers on a company computer that could potentially be monitored by ESL. If you have skills in kissing managements butt and have no mind of your own, then apply at ESL! I'm sure you will move up the corporate ladder quickly! Good Luck!
