Pros

Some projects can be unique but are out of money before starting. Quite a few overpaid and unskilled managers work here simply due to friendships with ownership group.

Cons

Refuses to provide proper PPE once the "new employee" feel wears off. Secretly changes position status and benefits without notifying employees until after-the-fact lost benefits are realized by employees. If you have a death in your immediate family it is not of concern to them and they consider it as a logical reason for termination. Constantly stealing from employees even garnishing paychecks if they have an accident in a company vehicle.

Great Opportunity to learn. Nice office.

Cons

A lot of finger pointing without understanding the full picture. Company has gotten away from investing back into the company, like new equipment upgrade computers, etc. It is more about keeping private equity ownership happy than it is about keeping the employees happy. You could have 200+ hours of PTO and when you leave, you see none of it back. You invest in the company and get none of that investment back.
