Pros

Benefits commensurate with company size. Maintains a high standard for quality of work and client satisfaction which is a reflection of the professionals I get to work with. Great environment and culture that rewards hard work, fosters positive interaction between departments, and provides the latest technology needed to get the job done. Worked with ESP as a client and partner over many years before coming to work here and have been pleased to see these attributes remain strong.

Cons

Managers are expected to be seller/doer's while maintaining direct hours which can be a challenge at times and takes some getting used to if you come from a different organizational structure.

Great Opportunity to learn. Nice office.

Cons

A lot of finger pointing without understanding the full picture. Company has gotten away from investing back into the company, like new equipment upgrade computers, etc. It is more about keeping private equity ownership happy than it is about keeping the employees happy. You could have 200+ hours of PTO and when you leave, you see none of it back. You invest in the company and get none of that investment back.
