      Flexible and understanding management. Employee is free with little micromanagement.

      Cons

      Management often unorganized. ESP just acquired office in San Antonio and there is a gap in communication and management. Little room for growth. No incentives to drive growth. Salary is below average.

      Great Opportunity to learn. Nice office.

      Cons

      A lot of finger pointing without understanding the full picture. Company has gotten away from investing back into the company, like new equipment upgrade computers, etc. It is more about keeping private equity ownership happy than it is about keeping the employees happy. You could have 200+ hours of PTO and when you leave, you see none of it back. You invest in the company and get none of that investment back.
