Cons

Nepotism at its finest. Managements Family will be put first among the crews, dont expect to move forward in the career unless you are able to befriend the owners. There needs to be an adjustment to how many people can be hired from one family

Great Opportunity to learn. Nice office.

Cons

A lot of finger pointing without understanding the full picture. Company has gotten away from investing back into the company, like new equipment upgrade computers, etc. It is more about keeping private equity ownership happy than it is about keeping the employees happy. You could have 200+ hours of PTO and when you leave, you see none of it back. You invest in the company and get none of that investment back.
