Pros
very casual atmosphere company is loyal to its employees great benefits tremendous schedule flexibility ability to remote work in some positions fairly generous vacation and personal time
Cons
pay structure for some positions is out of whack with current market in the area management compensation sometimes seems to diverge substantially from regular employee compensation very difficult to advance - since its such a great place to work higher positions don't open up very often, and upper management "doesn't believe" in promotions within a position hierarchy (Technician I to Technician II) without substantial new duties, which are hard to define some management plays favorites, so your experience of working here may well depend on where you work management is often asked to do a lot of things other than manage people, which sometimes means the personnel side of things falls by the wayside
