Pros
ETS Express is great for an entry level graphic designer who is looking to gain experience. It's similar to a data entry job, but you're using illustrator. So you'll learn key commands very quickly, and the ins and outs of the program.
Cons
If you're already an experienced designer stay away from here. They watch your every move, You're not allowed to leave your desk unless its during your approved breaks and lunch time. There is a lot of work here, and they expect you to be trained in a couple days, even though lots of the work is situational. Management isn't friendly and that has a ripple effect in the company. You can tell people are just generally unhappy to be working here.
