Good pay, flex-time, excellent workplace culture, job security, great management team, emphasis on teamwork for success, advancement opportunities. They have perks of a big company, and the relaxed culture of a small company.
Cons
Not really anything of note. No place is utopia, but ETS Recruit is well managed and have the right ideas to be successful.
