Pros

Many of the people working there are good people and the headquarters in Austria is a professionally managed organization.

Cons

The US office is a meat grinder. High turnover and sub par salaries. The senior management is at best unethical. Most employees are just looking for their next opportunity to get out. A leadership change might help but the company culture is broken and they have a "there's the door" mentality during a historic hiring boom in the semiconductor industry. They will always be short staffed due to these issues.

Small company, friendly folks, fresh ground coffee, snacks, company activities, OK benefits. Remote work available and sometimes encouraged.

Cons

For a company that is growing so fast so large, pay has been stagnant. 15-20% below competitors Nepotism runs behind the scenes Jobs appear and dissolve monthly, opportunities for growth are a lottery. When they decide on a direction from above, no consideration to anyone involved.
