The company seemed to have a very narrow idea of women and a very narrow idea of moms, whom they cater to. My managers were treated poorly and improperly trained, and once when I brought up the idea of diversifying body types in store ads, I was told that it likely wouldn't happen because we wouldn't want to be seen as a "plus-sized store". I worked with some wonderful women in my store but regional management and "Home Office" policies left much to be desired. Plus lots of overpriced, cheaply made clothing
