Fun environment, fun clothes and ability to make some connections. The pay is good with a decent discount.
Cons
This position started out so well and fun and I loved it. However it is VERY numbers driven despite claiming experience is the main importance. If you don't make plan and per hour goals you won't last and they will find a way to push you out. There is a very caddy and mean girl, behind your back attitude to lots of people. There are EXTREMELY unrealistic goals (20-35% over last year) and pressure to drive B2B with very minimal hours. The work life balance is not very good, especailly since the company won't pay for leaders until you reach a certain sales goal. Senior management is full of words and not actions to help a store succeed and spent most of the time in the highest volume stores where they didn't need help. Constant condensation from upper managers is pretty terrible.
