Pros
Good company with ways to grow if interested in management. I've worked there for about 5 months and have been asked if interested in management or full time stylist. All my coworkers are amazing. Good discount. Very flexible with my hours as trendsend since I can do them anytime of day.
Cons
Depends on boss. Mine is pushy about sales and productivity. Hours are very unreliable. Often called off or asked to leave early. Seemed like fast turnover rate.
