Pros

Most of the women you work with aren't elitist snobs. While most of the clothing is trash, there are a few good pieces,. Easy to trade and swap shifts with co-workers.

Cons

The pay is pathetic. Toys for kids NEVER get cleaned. Employee buy/return policy is too strict for such poor quality items. Clothing is overpriced and of the WORST quality. No diversity among the team. Many of the team members are stay at home moms who want the job to "get out of the house." Out of date POS software. Store managers can be insensitive when dealing with parenting issues, Company has next to zero diversity in store management or in corporate office roles. Management clearly cares more about the customer than employees. Too few team building projects. C-Suite management is totally out of touch with what happens in stores. C-Suite management runs sales through pay days so you spend your pathetic paycheck on Evereve clothes you are required to wear.
