Business Outlook
Pros
Very cute clothes, good chances to build genuine relationships with some frequent customers.
Cons
This company is not inclusive to people of ethnic backgrounds and customers of different backgrounds: body types, religions, economic statuses. It is a very competitive culture that reminds one of "Mean Girls," but for women typically over the age of 35 and up, which is pretty disappointing. They certainly promote a style and one brand of "mom," and it is ultimately pretty shallow and empty. I am glad to have left, because internally there is a lot of gossip, favoritism, and unequal distribution of responsibilities.
