No growth Your hours to work is dependent on the stores monthly sale, so it’s very unstable. For me the pay is low for the task you put out and is only okay if you have it as a sideline or if you are a student. For store managers, you can be lucky or not. I was under one who micro managed too much and I also got a manager who was nice and lets you do your thing. Biased to “fun” people. I’m aware that it’s a fun brand and therefore fun people should be in it but that shouldn’t be the case if you can do the job well.
