Pros
It started out great, but continued to get worse as the company grew.
Cons
The company prides itself on delivering "heart," but truly they only care about sales. The sales style is extremely pushy and uncomfortable. If you're not drinking the Kool Aid, you are out. There's no incentive for working hard. I was there for over four years and had five managers in that time. It was very difficult to trust anyone, especially those in upper management. Absolutely no diversity.
