      Cute clothes - great discounts and rewards.

      Cons

      Poor management. Wanted me to get to know each and every customer - in particular their personal sob story. If they had something on in their life emotionally, we were supposed to get the scoop. Loading up a customer’s dressing room with clothing - even when they don’t want you to.
