They don’t follow their own policies and if they do they make sure that the employees get the boot end of it. They want you to were what they sell but how if the employees do not work that much or get paid enough. They talk about heart but there is no heart. If you call HR forget, they do help you with anything. Inventory specialist do not get special discounts anymore. You work in the back room with no help and no benefits. They talk about diversity and inclusion but all I see is white women. Manages like to compare you to other employees work ethic. They make you do leadership rolls and remind you that you are not a leader.
