get ready to be bullied by your director and pressured to bring in sales that don't have your customers best interest in mind. Company does not want to hear your opinion or any of your ideas and just wants you to be a robot for them. Claim to empower moms and women but actually are only interested in empowering themselves by putting their employees down and constantly letting you know what a bad job you are doing..guess they think that will motivate you. Do not work here.
