No autonomy - Assistant Store Manager EVEREVE Employee Review

Absolutely no autonomy. Someone is always telling you what to do even when you already know. They breathe down the neck of every customer even when it’s uncomfortable and then you get reprimanded if you don’t make a sale. They “pride themselves on customer service” but I think people are just scared of the sales people so they buy things. They always talk about “drinking the Evereve Kool-aid” and it’s so true, some of these people are straight up insane.
