ok discount, shift has work life balance- great for moms, grandmothers etc
Cons
managers dont communicate well. sink or swim mentality- not commissioned based but they want to you to act like your the customers best friend and push $200 jeans on a customer- "that is so stinking cute" Clothing choices are poor & cheap quality- not enough xs or xl sizes, run out of jean sizes, 1 month we had all black and white and grey clothes-
