-Limited growth opportunities -Favortism. It is extremely easy to spot who the favorites are within the company. Favorite teams and favorite employees are the people who have the most opportunity because the higher ups are so clearly biased towards them -Schools team is constantly getting the short end of the stick. EVERFI started with the schools team but it’s clear that those are the employees that matter the least to management because we’re not “bringing in the revenue” -At first, micromanaging wasn’t an issue but it’s clear that it has become one.
