It is important to note that several of these assertions about our people and organization are simply not representative of the strides and investments our organization is making, particularly with regard to benefits, compensation, DE&I and product. Our leadership team has heard and acted on feedback over the last year and we’re proud of the improvements we’ve made and have a roadmap to make in these areas and recognize we have continued room for improvement, as any growing and evolving organization does. We recognize that this is ongoing work and we’re currently building and expanding our internal DE&I focus and implementing programming for all employees. We’ve received ample employee feedback to confirm we’re on the right path and continue to solicit additional feedback in order to better serve our employees' needs. We see ourselves entering a new and exciting era.
