2020 handed all companies an environment for difficult business decisions to ensure future viability. In a tough economic market, during a global pandemic, we provided merit based salary increases and bonuses to eligible employees this year. In the last six months, it has also been a top priority of our leadership: executives, department leaders and managers to ensure all teams are appropriately staffed for the growth we are witnessing. We're doubling down on our investments and we're currently hiring for many critical positions across the business. Like any organization, we continue to focus on areas of improvement. Feedback regarding compensation and benefits has been heard and acted on over the last year and we have taken action to benchmark our compensation to the market and make adjustments accordingly.
