Pros
- The staff are really friendly and there is a great sense of teamwork between departments. - They have some fun events and they do generally offer a good work / life balance. - Everyone is very approachable regardless of seniority and they always celebrate staff on their accomplishments. - They have some great clients and can provide a diverse range of experience to any person starting their career.
Cons
- I think the company can be old fashioned in its values. Before the pandemic they were strict and distrustful about working from home and then only changed when forced. - They are not transparent around salaries and many of us realised we were on different levels of pay for the same position. - Management can delegate a lot of work unnecessarily and rely on junior members of staff to do large shares of work and admin for accounts they don't even work on. - The company have no real values when it comes to clients and have worked with major oil and gas companies and youth recruitment campaigns for the army.
