Pros
- very friendly coworkers - meaningful work that can make a real difference in people's lives. - research and development sprints which give you a chance to experiment with new technology and/or scratch an itch you may have. - all engineers on a team having input on ticket estimations for that team.
Cons
- extra work being placed on handful of the most senior engineers since they're the only ones that can do certain things due to access rights. - not a lot of work in the backlog - not much growth with respect to backend development on Foundry. The infrastructure is already in place and it seems like most of the development is maintenance related. Hopefully this changes for the better. It did in the past; it could again. - not very open to technologies outside of what is mainly used.
