Pros

- One of the few remaining agencies that allow fully remote work (if you're not within a certain radius of the office) - Had to turn off my 401k contributions and opt out of the new horrible health insurance, but I can pay my rent for now

Cons

Company is unrecognizable since I joined a few year ago: - Morale is insanely low after multiple mergers/acquisitions. The latest one hit the hardest. New CEO Facetimes in to lecture on company bloat from Cabo wearing a watch that costs more than most of our yearly salaries - Culture and benefits used to be a huge point of pride for InTouch, a large part of why I was recruited. After the mergers and acquisitions they've been slashed. Comically bad. And the new message is that we should feel lucky to have benefits at all - The company is trying to keep up/"lead the AI revolution" by selling content factory sufficiencies to clients, but the rollout and reality is abysmal. The content factories are a mess, in reality these projects cost clients double instead of half because the work ends up back with the brand. And no one knows how to bill that backwards situation, so dollars just get flushed down the toilet and people get laid off - Regular layoffs, don't know a single colleague that feels secure here - Promotions and merit increases have stopped unless you're in VP or C-suite territory, no reason to even ask about it. The general attitude is, you should feel lucky to have a job at all
