Pros
Pay is above grade. Hours are typically 9-5 but you can find yourself staying there longer during busy times. Some fun events. The below cons actually sucks to write out because I don't want to affect the few people I met here I actually care about, but something needs to be said or else Intouch will fail.
Cons
Here we go: * Aggressive and hostile work environment. I got screamed at here. You will get yelled at in front of people: at your desk, over the phone, in meetings, doesn't matter where you will be grilled at some point in time. * Hard work isn't appreciated - some of my coworkers very obviously weren't doing their jobs, but surprisingly got away with it for months due to popularity. * This isn't a place to learn - in fact you'll be trying to shake a lot of the bs you had to deal with at your time here. * Culture - Terrible. People here are extremely mean to each other. If this all sounds good to you, welcome to Intouch.
