Nice coworkers, fun events, pleasant work environment. It seems very low stress for the industry, even though we work real hard!
Cons
It seems retention might be a big issue in the account department. There's an email going out nearly every other week with a list of new account people. Why are we hiring more account people when we aren't doing so hot right now? Is it because account people are leaving because of clients, or are we piling up on people we don't need? The compensation just "meets the bar." I'd say it's not very competitive with the industry standard. They offer 3% 401k matching at 100%, and then another 50% the next 2%. It's not that amazing but it's better than nothing. They also claim to give profit sharing but I've never seen anyone be included. Their bonuses used to be around 15% but this year they've been having issues so we all received about half that amount.
