Pros
It is great to work in a field that really tries to help people. Unfortunately, Intouch has lost sight of that vision and chosen to focus on profits, prestige and the "cool factor" of technology.
Cons
Good old boys club. Leadership that doesn't lead. Executives that are more interested in showing each other up than actually leading the organization. Internal politics that are incredibly maddening. Everything with Intouch has to be new/unique. There are processes that other companies have developed that can be adopted. When an opening in leadership opens, rather than looking at internal talent, they hire from the outside, stifling internal growth. To disguise this, they "mass-promote" nearly everyone in the company at the same time, so they give the impression of people advancing.
