Pros

A lot of people seem nice Decent Pay/Benefits If you have all the hard skills on the job posting + pharma experience you'll likely love it here.

Cons

While Intouch promotes the idea of Work/Life Balance, they really want you 95% billable and will continue taking on more and more business even though they have no way of supporting it. They'll bring in new people who are under the impression they'll get top tier training and be setup for success, but that's really dependent on the team you're put on. The PMO has a bootcamp and it all seems real great, but then you'll like be thrown into the deep end with the hope you can swim. If you can't, it's up to you to figure out how to or drown. though again, dependent on your team I suppose and certainly your experience level coming in. Apparently many low/mid level folks tapped out by Q4 last year and I can see why.
