Thank you for your review. We always appreciate receiving constructive feedback. It’s vital for us to understand where we are succeeding and where there’s room for improvement.
As CEO, I can personally attest that company culture is of the highest importance here at Intouch, and we work very hard to build an environment where people enjoy coming to work. Summer Fridays, bi-weekly happy hours, company sports teams, and corporate philanthropy are all initiatives that we have implemented to build a rewarding work experience. We have a committee dedicated to how we can continue to make Intouch a fun place to work.
Work/life balance is a key element to creating this type of company culture. We truly believe – and continually hear from our employees – that this is something that sets Intouch apart. For that reason, I’m sorry to hear that you were not able to utilize Summer Fridays as often as you would have liked. There are instances where, based on client work, some teams need to miss a Summer Friday in order to provide our clients with the level of service and quality of work that meet Intouch’s standards. At the same time, we want everyone at Intouch to enjoy these benefits and we wish we were made aware of this specific instance sooner so it could have been addressed and fixed.
With respect to our senior leadership and management, we’re always looking to evaluate and improve. We are fortunate to be a successful, growing company. But with that growth, we know we must work hard to ensure our values, culture, and leadership grow with us. As with all companies that grow, there are bound to be changes. We are confident that the changes we’ve made have been for the best. And I have full confidence in our leadership team to continue to drive us forward.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback, and these items will be addressed so we can continue to improve in making Intouch an even better place to work.
