Pros
There are some really great, smart people at Intouch Solutions. The culture is laid back, and there is flexibility with work schedules, etc. It's probably a great place for people to start out their marketing career to gain some experience while having the freedom and flexibility to have fun.
Cons
Three big ones: 1 Executive Management is a disaster. Each one is rowing in a different direction, while just saying the right things to sound like they are aligned. CEO should be engaged in direct conversation to make decisions about which direction they are going, but seems checked out of the business decision-making process. 2 Team bloat - Strategic Services teams have a number of people without a full load of work. And, honestly, some of them aren't strong enough to do a full load of work, but they are still getting paid. Account Teams are astronomical in size. So many team members that have to be in every meeting, and yet there is all kinds of issues with including PM, Creative, or Strategy, because of "the hours". It's backwards. 3 They are bleeding talent, and the talent that is needed to do intelligent work is the talent that is walking out the door. Not all contributors are equal. The valuable ones are either gone already or will be soon.
