Pros
Fully remote I guess?? But nothing
Cons
Long hours for nothing (they think like a grubhub gift card is suitable compensation for overtime). Poor management who do not give a crap about you and lie to your face. Half the brands are a disaster and if your put on them forget it - they'll expect you to put out the dumpster fire overnight and reprimand you if you don't. Benefits are expensive and useless. Some of my best and most admired colleagues have left this place in the last few months, high employee turnover because management expects you to work long hours for nothing (colleague admitted they pulled an all-nighter trying to get this done and did not want to pull a second all-nighter this week and management literally said "well if thats what it takes to get it done, you have to do it." They literally do not care if you're pulling MULTIPLE ALL NIGHTERS to get the job done). Be prepared to be suddenly fired for poor performance even if you do literally everything they ask. I ended up in therapy because of my experience here, I genuinely have workplace PTSD and severe anxiety at my new job. I would not wish a career here on my worst enemy.
