Pros

Compensation was aggressive and in line with going rates of other EV companies. Middle management is fantastic, but they don’t have much say.

Cons

Management leads by fear, horrible communication between departments and instead of defined roles everyone blames each other. They treat people like they’re disposable. Horrible bashing of employees by other employees.
