Bad benefits and PTO. Terrible maternity leave, and an awful product. Management is absolutely toxic. Instead of trying to fix issues, they point the blame at others. Management can't help with internal roadblocks, because they are the internal roadblock! New management came in late 2024/early 2025, and instead of trying to fix a broken company, they made it into a more toxic and fearful environment. They give you empty promises and blow smoke to make themselves look good. They are nothing more than used care salesmen!
