      Pros

      The company had a good, competitive atmosphere. The pay was good and they were flexible with my schedule. Overall, a very positive and learning experience.

      Cons

      The work was a bit monotonous and the processes were not very well organized. The technology I was using was slightly out of date in my opinion.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
