      Good, friendly people. Decent work life balance.You get opportunities very early in your career which is difficult in US. US salary unlike india is very competetive

      Cons

      Unclear HR policies. Transfers from India not handled in the best way. Insurance options are not too good. I end up paying around $350 for a couple for a month.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
