Pros
Good learning if you are in a good project in DA(there are only 1 or 2 such good projects) otherwise the work is mostly like back office.There is no true analytics work if you do not work in these selected 1 or 2 projects
Cons
1)Worst paymaster in industry.Even if you get a good offer at the time of joining the company will make sure that it cuts you somewhere in next year. 2)Worst appraisals.I have known people who were given a promotions with a hike of 5%.You can imagine the rest. 3)Too much discrimination between IIT/IIM and non IIT/IIM. Forget your growth if you are are not from top tier colleges no matter how good you perform. 4)BPO culture makes you feel suffocated 5)Too much hierarchy based organisation to the limit that there are separate entries for Managers and above and rest employees.You will feel humiliated when you cant enter the company from the main gate but will be asked to go to basement and take a detour. Completely pathetic
