Pros

None comes to mind at all.

Cons

A BPO provider, while continuing to provide cutting-edge services to it's clients, has a total lack of technology implementation within its own ranks. Still relies heavily on excel as a financial tool, takes 18 days to close its books (by the time the results become meaningless), and is heavily dependent on manual processes within its core processes. Management continues to earn multiple times that of the rank-and-file, does not listen to their advice and does not keep its promises. Also the chairman continues to exert a strong presence, including within the board, so much so that creativity and innovation is stifled. Its basically his way or the highway...

Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
