Pros
Please refer the below pointers - 1. The company ethics, security & compliance policies are too good. 2. Management Support is highly visible and at the same time gives you complete flexibility if you are highly client focus and good team manager. 3. Employee Centric policies and HR involvement is fun! 4. Senior management (VP's) are friends and highly supportive. 5. Consultative assignments are the best to work with.
Cons
The pros outweigh's the cons. Also, below are the assumptions which may be wrong but thought to highlight. 1. The Company is too big (Above 20K employees worldwide and located at various locations), thus you feel lost once you are outside your team/domain, as naturally it takes time to mingle with, most of the loads/responsibilities are on VP's head. 2. At the time of my joining, I felt that the company is too much involved in Merger's & Acquisition's. I understand the business propositions, but different culture and work minimizes access and hence I felt little lost as your roles & responsibilities are too limited with your client only.
