      Great place to learn new things and build confidence while having one-one interaction with client. Great opportunity and different platforms to learn.

      Cons

      Very very biased management. No transparency. Most processes are one man army based. No skip level. Security is more than what is required.

      Great work/life balance. Good benefits.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
