      Good quality of work. Steep learning curve. Great peers. Opportunities to work in US, UK. EXL Analytics invests in you through various training programs.

      Cons

      Salary structure is not very good. Annual increments are not good. No meaning of hierarchy before AVP level. Everyone (BA, SBA, Consultant, Manager) does the same work.

      Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

      Cons

      Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
